HR Officer (KSA)

  • Manage employee onboarding process from the time of the offer letter through the start date.
  • Manage and track all incoming new hire paperwork and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Communicate to ensure relevant departments are notified of new hires.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and probationary period assessments.
  • Process all resignation and terminations including preparing termination paperwork, conducting exit interview, and more.
  • Process daily employee action requisition such as transfer, statues changes, and promotion.
  • Handle the leave management including leave and travel request, flight bookings, and hotels reservations.
  • Prepare and submits periodic reports concerning HR matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR & admin department including HR meetings.
  • Assist with employee training and follow up with managers as needed to ensure required training is completed.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party training agencies for the training programs as aligned with the annual training budget.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor and the HR manager.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration.
  • 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
