Sales Coordinator
• Answer customer phone calls and address their queries.
• Process customer enquiries by distributing them to the responsible sales engineer, sharing the required files with the technical department for proposals, following up on
the enquiry status, etc.
• Prepare quotes, LPOs, prequalification packages, and other documents requested by the sales department.
• Assist sales engineers with customer orders by solving any LPO issues, customer complaints, miscommunication issues, etc.
• Accurately maintain sales records and track sales activity in the CRM database.
• Assist in the resolving customer complaints and document them.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager or other management team members.
Requirements:
• 1+ years sales experience.
• Charismatic and customer service oriented
