Software Engineer

•  Full stack application developer with skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , jQuery, JSON, ASP.NET, C#, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL ,Crystal Report etc.

•  Knowledge and skill in different types of application testing & debugging.

•  Desirable to have UI/UX, Crystal Report Design experience.

•  Analysis, Design & Implementation skills based on the various customization requirements from internal customers from time to time.

•  Coordinate with other departments in the company to understand fulfilling their requirements.

•  Construction industry ERP domain knowledge will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Qualification & Requirements:

•  Degree / master’s in computer science or any engineering discipline.

•  Minimum 4 years’ experience in full stack software development.

Sales Engineer (Abu Dhabi)

• Work with the sales manager with maintaining a healthy order book by meeting the sales target, diversifying the sales pipeline, managing customer expectations, and more.

• Actively pursue new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with stakeholders (customers, contractors, consultants, and clients.)

• Gather market intelligence by assessing the market situation, competitors, market pricing, etc.

• Work with customers to understand their projects needs and offer solutions.

• Negotiate contract terms & pricing, create quotations, and follow up on projects.

• Collaborate with the technical and production department to evaluate the needs of a project and provide a quote that takes into consideration logistical challenges, mix design requirements, projected production capacity, and availability of raw materials, among other factors.

• Qualify customers by evaluating their history (payments, legal, projects, etc.) and handling their credit form application process.

• Collect payments alongside the collections department.

• Update the CRM’s project status, pricing, follow-ups, etc.

• Investigate why a project was lost and report to the sales manager.

• Regularly visit assigned customers to maintain a good relationship, ensure their satisfaction, and address any of their concerns & complaints.

• Manage collecting LPOs, letter of credit, other documents that are essential to prevent delays with delivery.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (preferred), business, or related field.

• 2+ years sales experience with good sales performance (construction industry).

• Able to quickly adapt to changing business needs.

• Charismatic and customer service oriented.

• Able to drive up to 30-40% of the time.
